Extending Asset Management - the complete picture

The benefits of including Programme & Contractor Management

15th October, Centrelink House, Birmingham

***Keynote speakers confirmed - Robert Raynes, Associate Director and Gareth Poole, Associate Director, Turner & Townsend***

A recent report provided by Tribal Consultancy highlighted the lack of continuity and integration in many housing organisations that is required to obtain an overall view of the condition and maintenance of the residential stock and more importantly keeping this data up-to-date. The report proposed a move to a model of Asset management that addresses this.

A model where the Asset Management and Programme and Contractor Management systems work together and exchange information provides a solution where users truly have one view of all the data associated with a property relevant to the landlord, housing manager, surveyor, maintenance manager, contractor, tenant, and owner and so on. This data is on-line, up to date and feeding directly into the financial and operational plans of the organisation.

Delcam PS-Team and Anite Codeman are running a seminar on 15th October in Birmingham which will present the benefits of using this type of Asset Management model. There will also be high level presentations from keynote speakers Turner & Townsend on best practice when choosing the right type of contract for your organisation and its partners and Delcam Project Managers will also be presenting case studies from several social housing organisations, including Your Homes Newcastle, Nottingham City Homes and London Borough of Barking & Dagenham.
